Unfortunately, we are unable to accept promotional products, but we can assist you with selecting from the products we carry.

Orders will be processed once the full payment or deposit has been received. order turnaround time can vary due to complexity and other variables.  Typically, our orders are filled within 7-14 business days. If you require rushed services for T-Shirts we can accommodate you. Additional charges may be applied. All other products are unable to be rushed due to the amount of orders we receive.

Unfortunately, no, all items are custom made and we do not offer refunds, or store credit.  Once you have confirmed your order, and approved your proof, all sales are final. 

As of this moment, we offer free shipping to our local area. All other areas shipping fee will be charged. Our local areas that ship for free is Kissimmee, Orlando, Tampa.
